Our custom die sharpening service includes inspection, sharpening and repair of the cutting dies. We sharpen Naef dies in addition to those made by other manufacturers. Each cutting die is visually inspected and evaluated to determine the most effective sharpening process for the materials it will be cutting. This attention to detail enables us to return our customers dies back to them as sharp as they were when the die was first purchased.

After sharpening, the die is re-inspected and cleaned. At this point in the process the expulsion plate assembly (if equipped)=2 0is checked and adjusted. The die is then repacked and returned to the customer. Our goal, as always is to service dies and ship them back to the customer on the same day they arrive. Proper maintenance and periodic sharpening of Naef dies as well as those made by other manufacturers will ensure superior cutting service that will likely outlast your current cutting requirements.
